So you added your virtual tour to facebook, published your tour on your WordPress website, your private website, sent it per email, whatsapp, shared the tour on social media and published it to the free property portal My360REA… Wow you’ve been busy! But that’s not enough! No, you also want to publish your own virtual tour to Idealista right? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!
Here’s a quick guide on how to publish your own virtual tour to Idealista:
- Sign in to your My360 platform
- Click on the profile where you created the virtual tour
- Click on the cogs on the right (configuration)
- Select the Idealista configuration
- Copy the link and the embed code
- Send the link & embed code to your agent in Idealista – they will do the rest.
The result will be a 360 button on your Idealista listing which, once clicked, pops up in a 360 viewer for your clients to enjoy like so:

Here’s a bit more details in case you got lost along the way!
To be able to publish your own virtual tour to Idealista you need 2 things:
First, you need to make sure your account with Idealista is upgraded to accept virtual tours – if you’re not sure, please ask your Idealista agent for more info on how to upgrade your account.
The cost for this is €29 per month for unlimited tours (at the time of writing)
Once you have confirmed you have the account upgrade with idealista, go into your My360 platform and click on the profile of the property you created the virtual tour for.
Under the tab “virtual tours” you will see 3 small cogs on the right. Click on them like so:
On the pop-up that opens, you will be able to check the box “Idealista” and the code on the right will change to reflect the tours with the configuration especially for Idealista.
All you have to do now is copy this code (embed code & link) and send it to your Idealista Agent. They will add the tour to your listing manually.
Easy right?? – we thought so too! But now we hear you ask….
Why do I have to use this code, can’t I just use my normal code?
We hear ya! 🙂 The answer is simple.
Idealista wants their platform to look sleek, modern and easy to navigate. And if you create a tour with lots of bells and whistles, Idealista might not approve. So we asked them what they needed so that every tour published with our software gets accepted, and they gave us a loooooong list of requirements.
All of these requirements will be added to your tour automatically when you use the codes as provided.
So this means, you can have your own private tour with lots of additional features such as GIF images, logos, descriptions, clickable links, images email addresses and contact forms, and you don’t have to re-do the entire tour again just to be able to publish it on Idealista! You can just create this new code and we will do all the hard work for you. Free of charge… because we’re nice like that 🙂
