How to get more real estate leads through your virtual tour

real estate leads

Real Estate Leads – the golden key to any successful real estate business. But how do you get them, or how to you increase the number of real estate leads you already get? More importantly, how do you make sure your leads are of high quality and ultimately convert into real paying clients?

This day and age, people want information fast and easy to get to online. Gone are the days of open houses and daytrips of showing your client every home under the sun. People want the information fast and if possible from the comfort of their own home!

To keep up with this type of demand, here’s some tools that can help you get more real estate leads from your virtual tour online!

Force Contact Form

You can add a forced contact form that opens after a determined number of clicks! This way, your client can only view the full tour after leaving their contact details.

You can set the number of clicks for each tour individually, so if your client wants to see more of the property, they will first have to complete the contact form to get access!

This feature is FREE included in all real estate accounts with My360, and here’s the full tutorial

Limit Tour Images

When building your property virtual tour, make 2 (or more) versions of the tour. 1 to be used online, and 1 after you have received the client’s contact details.

Inside your tour you can add various buttons with your own customised text “Want to see the full tour?” Or “Access full tour” for example.

The client clicks on the button and it opens a contact form on your website for example where they have to leave their contact details.

You can configure the contact form so that the client automatically gets the link to the full virtual tour in their inbox, or you can vet them first and then send them the full tour manually once you’re happy that this client is qualified to view the tour.

Here’s how you add custom buttons to your tour

Market your virtual tour

Now we have established how you can force people to leave their contact details and get fresh real estate leads every time someone qualified watches the tour, you need to share your tour far and wide to ensure maximum exposure.

You can do this by:

Don’t forget to add Google Analytics to your virtual tour so you can see how many people have viewed the tour and where they came from or most importantly, which form of advertisement works best for you!

I hope this article helps you in your marketing efforts to generate more real estate leads for your company.
