Once you have signed up and made your payment we will ship your camera within 5 working days.

The camera will be shipped to your Local Expert who in turn will personally deliver the camera & tripod to you and show you how the camera works.

Any questions or doubts you have can be taken care of then too, so don’t hesitate to put your Local Expert to the test!

Absolutely! You can use the embed code provided to add to your website or send to your webmaster who can do this for you.

Alternatively, you can contact our developers team and they can create an API for your website so your property virtual tours show automatically on your site once created.

There are many ways to publish your virtual tours online. Here is a list of 15+ places where you can publish your property virtual tours. 

As many as you like! There is no limit to the amount of virtual tours you upload to our virtual walkthrough software. You can even create multiple virtual tours for 1 property so you can show only a specific tour on certain sites until someone has left their contact details!

If you sign up for the packages 10, 25, 50 or 100 tours, you can sign up with as many offices you like. The unlimited package is for a maximum of 2 offices.

Yes you can! You can create as many users as you like! You can even create different access restrictions per user.

Yes you can! You can even create a small version of your virtual tour with a link to the full tour to show only once someone has completed your contact form. Many Real Estate Agents use this for lead generation and study has shown that Real Estate Agents that use this feature have tripled their leads!

YES! we have Local Experts in practically any town, city, & province. And if we don’t you will be supported from our main head office in Spain. We will be able to take on subscriptions from any country.

Yes we do! If you would rather someone else make your virtual tours at a reasonable price, please contact your Local Expert and they will be able to help you out!

Our contracts including the Ricoh Theta 360º camera are set for 1 year. This contract automatically renews after 1 year or you are free to cancel the contract after 1 year and keep the camera & tripod.

We also have subscriptions for a pay per month basis, pay for 6 months in 1 go, or pay for 1 year in one go. The last 2 options also include a camera.

If you have a monthly contract then once your 1 year contract is up, you get to keep the camera and tripod. It’s all yours!

If you paid for a year or 6 months in advance the camera is yours the minute you sign up!

We give away 1 camera per subscription, but if you feel this isn’t enough, then you can purchase additional cameras with tripod at cost price from us.

You can find our prices here, but rest assured, a subscription to our virtual walkthrough software will cost you less than half of the price of a traditional virtual tour! Imagine that! An unlimited amount of Virtual Tours for the price of less than half a traditional virtual tour!

We have prices for monthly subscriptions, 6 month subscriptions or 1 year subscriptions each with very reasonable prices!

You can pay for your virtual tour software license using PayPal if you have a monthly contract.

We accept bank transfers only if you pay for 1 year or 6 months in advance.

Other payment options are not available at the moment but we are working on getting more options available to you soon.

Once you have been given access to your free account, you will find your payment instructions in your dashboard.

Nope… there are no hidden charges, what you see is what you get! Hosting your virtual tours is included in your subscription and you won’t be charged an additional yearly fee like you do with traditional virtual tour photography

At the moment there are no additional fees. Everything you see on our website is included in your subscription.

We will from time to time release add-ons to the software. Some will be included free of charge, others might hold an additional fee.

If you are already a member of My360 Property Virtual Tours and have a technical question, please check out our SUPPORT forum here. 

We need your PayPal account to make sure you are an actual person. Our software is created to be fast and easy to use. If we have too many “fake” profiles, this will slow our system down and with not benefit the user experience. Therefore, we ask you to create your trial account using your PayPal account since you will have verified with PayPal that you are a real person.

But don’t worry, for the first 2 weeks, you will not be charged on your PayPal account and you can always unsubscribe at any time within your PayPal account or by sending us an email to so we can cancel your subscription for you.

Your account will not be charged until the free trial is over.

If you don’t have a PayPal account you can simply sign up using your credit card. Once you have completed your details, PayPal will automatically create an account for you. Inside this account you can manage your subscription, so it is safer for you to join us using PayPal so you are always in control of your payments.
